Troop 397 was founded in 1976 in Coral Springs, Florida.  Our first Scoutmaster was Charles Robinson.  Since that time, they have maintained a steady partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Coral Springs/Parkland as their charter partner.  Since that time, a number of men have stepped forward to serve as Scoutmaster.  Our current Scoutmaster is Dr. David Chen.  Visit our Scoutmaster Honor Roll for a complete list of our Scoutmasters.

Weekly Meetings

Troop 397 meets at Riverside Elementary School on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.  Riverside Elementary is located  at 11450 Riverside Drive, on the southeast corner of Riverside Drive and Coral Ridge Drive.  The last Tuesday of each month, the Troop meets at Riverside Park.  Riverside Park is located at 205 Coral Ridge Drive, just south of Riverside Elementary.

Summer Schedule

Over the summer, the troop meets bi-weekly at Riverside Park.
